Beginning with rich crabmeat miso potato salad, seafood salad with edamame and salmon roe will stimulate your appetite. The A5 black beef sukiyaki nabe and steak that follows are two sumptuous main courses. The menu also includes a variety of dishes such as Kuroge Wagyu skewers, Himeji oden, fried prawns and oysters, and vinegared chicken. Finish with udon or zosui (rice porridge), which condenses the flavor of the nabe, and a refreshing lemon sherbet.
