This pork offal stew has been served unchanged since the establishment of our restaurant! It is our most popular menu item! We offer it with the same taste as when we first opened. It's nostalgic yet makes you want to eat it again, a dish like that.
"I came to the restaurant, but I don't know what to order..." In such cases, this dish is perfect! It's a set of four skewers of grilled pork offal! The contents of the skewers, from the front, are shiro (pork intestines), negima (pork and green onion), nankotsu (cartilage), and kashira (pork cheek)! You can choose from three types of flavors: salt, sauce, and garlic sauce!
One of our two signature dishes, alongside our special offal stew! Pork cheek meat is grilled to perfection with a fragrant garlic sauce! Juicy and full of flavor, it's incredibly satisfying! It goes without saying that it pairs perfectly with beer! Once you try it, you'll be hooked and keep coming back for more!
