Choose and cook the fish from Maruichi Fish Store on your own!! (You can choose the fish at the store according to your preference, and we will cook it for you.) The cooking fee is as follows: - Sashimi fish fee +250 yen per dish - Grilled, boiled fish fee +300 yen per dish - Simmered fish fee +350 yen per dish - For fish species other than the above or for large fish, the cooking fee is +500 yen per dish. Please note that the cooking fee may not be as stated above depending on the fish species, size, quantity, etc., so please confirm before placing your order.
When it comes to Misaki, it's all about tuna. Try various rare delicacies that you may not have the chance to eat elsewhere. - Tuna eyeball simmered in gelatin and collagen-rich broth (650 yen) - Tuna egg simmered in sweet and savory sauce (500 yen) - Tuna stomach simmered in miso broth (Other dishes made from various parts of tuna may occasionally appear depending on the availability of fish. Please note that some dishes may be sold out due to the availability of fish.)
