Our restaurant offers fugu from Saga Prefecture weighing between 2.5kg and 3kg! The large fugu has a firm texture and is very satisfying to eat. Please enjoy our various fugu dishes at least once.
The exquisite grilled fugu course comes in two varieties, priced at 7,300 yen and 8,350 yen. The 8,350 yen grilled fugu upper course is recommended for those who want to fully enjoy fugu! This course includes yuba, sashimi, small tecchiri, fried fugu, zosui, and dessert!
The Tetchiri course includes the 'Fuku no Suke Course - 6,300 yen' and the 'Premium Course - 7,300 yen'. The Premium Course features boiled fish, sashimi, tetchiri, fried fish, rice porridge, and dessert, with tetchiri as the main highlight!
