Noodles Pho U

Two pieces. Pork, shrimp and cabbage.

Eye round steak, brisket, flank, tendon and beef ball. Fresh rice noodle in beef soup, served with bean sprout, basil leaves, slices of lime and jalapeno.

Eight pieces. Pork or vegetable.

Stir-fried thin rice noodles with egg and pad Thai sauce with choice of meat, tofu or shrimp.

Two rolls. Rice paper wrap filled with shrimp green leaf lettuce, crisp bean sprouts, mint leaves and fresh rice noodles. Served with kitchen-crafted peanut or fish sauce.
