In a quiet shop tucked away in an alley, the calm exterior without a sign creates a unique atmosphere. The L-shaped counter with subdued lighting allows you to see the cooking process from any seat, which is exciting. The cuisine is imaginative, featuring a unique style that incorporates French foundations with Chinese techniques and herbal aromas. Dishes like a bite using Kagoshima seaweed and items paired with heshiko offer surprisingly delicious combinations. You can choose between alcoholic and non-alcoholic pairings, with the aromas of the drinks complementing the dishes. In the tranquil atmosphere, the serious demeanor of the staff is also pleasant, providing a unique experience that can only be had here.
