Supreme Ramen with Deep Umami Layers
The soup, crafted from multi-layered broth and delicate soy sauce, is free of any off-flavors, showcasing a rich and profound taste. The supple thin noodles and hand-kneaded noodles perfectly capture this umami, while toppings like duck chashu and wontons create an otherworldly harmony. The seasonal limited menus are also highly praised, offering new surprises with each visit. The warm hospitality of the owner makes this renowned establishment a place that satisfies both the stomach and the heart.
