It's great that you can enjoy both Hiroshima-style and Kansai-style okonomiyaki, as well as monjayaki and teppanyaki. You can choose whether to have it cooked for you or to cook it yourself, and the time spent making it together is exciting. The okonomiyaki with oysters has larger pieces, making it satisfying to eat. The squid tempura topping is also perfect, adding a nice crunchy texture as an accent. The slightly sweet original sauce ties everything together, making you want to keep eating. In addition to soba and udon, there is also the option of konjac noodles, and it's convenient because you can take it out.
