Raw oysters are the best way to directly absorb nutrients. They are rich in calcium, iron, magnesium, etc... Among them, zinc and taurine are extremely abundant! There are seasonal variations and individual differences, but it is said that about 2 oysters can provide the same amount of nutrients as a famous energy drink... They are great for stamina enhancement, fatigue recovery, and improving liver function. Oh... they also help prevent hangovers and are good for beauty!! However, it's not all good; as mentioned earlier, they are quite nutrient-rich, so for those who usually do not eat raw oysters or are fatigued, consuming a large amount suddenly can lead to an overload. This does not mean you have gotten sick from the oysters. Please understand and enjoy them while consulting with your own body. From here, I will share my personal opinion, but in the case of raw oysters, the shells often carry bacteria. So please do not put your mouth directly on the shell when eating. If you are concerned, please use chopsticks to eat the flesh. Our raw oysters not only meet Japan's hygiene standards but also pass even stricter inspections. However, with current technology, it is still not possible to have completely sterile oysters. We do not serve raw oysters to customers under middle school age, pregnant women, or those who are unwell, so please understand this in advance. Oyster Hut Laundry Owner
