Well, I'm still eating all over the place. Let's take a look at the Toyama section! Tottori - Kyoto - Fukui - Kanazawa If you've made it this far, you've made it to Toyama! The goal is, of course, Himi's cold yellowtail! From Kanazawa to Himi I checked to see if there was any sightseeing. I found out that there is a Karakuri Clock from the cartoon "Ninja Hat-torikun". I guess I'll go there 😆 When I got there, there were a lot of people! Wow, what a lot of people! What? No? They are lined up in some kind of store. There's a sign on the clock. "Canceled during snow season. No way! Next destination Heading to Himi Banyagai 🚗💨 Wait 🤔 What was that crowd 🤔 U-turn🚗💨 What? What? There's quite a line... Ramen shop? I parked my car and went to see. I don't even know the name of the restaurant... I look up "Himi Ramen" on the food log. It's a ramen shop with a rating of 3.92! And it won the Bib Gourmand! You'll have to wait in line 😆 Himi Niboshi Ramen 800 yen! The ramen appeared without any ingredients on it first. The aroma of niboshi (dried sardines) is irresistible 😆. The ingredients arrived shortly after! Aromatic and moderately sweet flavor explosion soup. The noodles are so soft and crunchy. This is delicious! Even if you check the food log and Bib Gourmand, it is still very good! Thanks to Ninja Hattori-kun 🙇. I'm glad I went!
