Our restaurant uses ingredients from Kanagawa Prefecture, including fresh fish directly from Miura, vegetables from Kamakura farmers, sake from Kanagawa, miso made from Tsukui native soybeans, heifers raised in Hayama, and eggs from pure domestic chickens from Sagamihara. The owner, who is from Kanagawa, carefully selects fresh ingredients that are quickly prepared, taking advantage of the unique production characteristics of Kanagawa's climate and geography. We hope you enjoy the carefully chosen fresh ingredients from Kanagawa and gain an appreciation for Kanagawa's local produce.
