We offer creative dishes featuring fresh vegetables sourced from local contract farmers, highlighting the natural flavors of the ingredients. Our cooking methods maximize the appeal of vegetables, with a focus on salads, grilled dishes, and soups. Our colorful plate menus and dishes made with homemade dressings are also popular.
