Hitachi City: Taikan Sake Degree (+2) (Hitachi Nishiki) made with 100% sake rice. It has a fruity aroma and a refined, gentle taste.
Hitachi City: Fukugokoro Sake Degree (+2) with a subtle ginjo aroma that does not feel heavy at all and an unpretentious flavor.
Chikusei City: Raifuku Sake Degree (+18) Junmai Daiginjo Super Dry Sake made with Miyama Nishiki. A sake finished with a deep flavor.
