When I went down to the basement, a bright and clean interior spread out before me, and I felt excited the moment I entered. The grilled chicken skewers, cooked with binchotan charcoal, were crispy on the outside and juicy on the inside, allowing me to enjoy the aroma of the charcoal with each skewer. Whether I chose tsukune, seseri, or negima, I was delighted to fully appreciate the flavors of the ingredients. The crispy chicken nanban had a plump texture that made it hard to put down my chopsticks. The selection of sake was abundant, and it paired perfectly with the grilled chicken, which is another highlight. It's so popular that even on weekdays, the seats fill up quickly, so visiting early allows for a more relaxed experience.
