When you come to Toto Ro, the first thing you should order is the 'Fried Chicken'! Barayaki (barayaki) is a local delicacy that is said to have originated in Misawa City, Aomori Prefecture, about 60 years ago and spread to Towada City and other southern regions. It is a dish consisting of a large amount of onions and ribs, dipped in a sweet and spicy soy sauce-based sauce, and grilled on a griddle (stir-fried until all the moisture is absorbed).
