The owner is a graduate of the Vietnamese Department at Hankuk University of Foreign Studies and has developed authentic Vietnamese cuisine tailored to Korean tastes based on extensive experience living in Vietnam. Through these efforts, Mintot showcases the essence of Vietnamese cuisine in the Yeongdeungpo area.
