This 9-course menu includes our famous Mizutaki, Tsukune with Oba-scented Tsukune with egg yolk, which is a favorite among repeat customers, and Mizutaki Gyoza stewed in Uchoten soup. [Kokura's Mizutaki] The [Golden Soup] that has been carefully prepared for over 10 hours has an addictive flavor. We use carefully selected Kyushu chicken. Instead of Chinese cabbage, we eat it with cabbage, which is the ≪Uchoten Style≫. It pairs perfectly with our homemade ponzu sauce. This fluffy omelet uses plenty of our restaurant's proud mizutaki soup as dashi, featuring the bright orange yolk of 'Ran-Ou'.
