The konjac noodles hold the soup well, and the smooth texture is delightful. The fluffy egg combined with larger pieces of garlic makes each bite enjoyable. The long dumplings have a light filling and a subtly sweet sauce that is exquisite, making you want to order another plate. The finishing tomato risotto is rich in the aroma of cheese and black pepper, providing satisfaction until the very end.
