We have lavishly used approximately 120g of carefully selected A5 rank Matsusaka beef to create the highest quality meat juice udon, elegantly served in a special Mino ware bowl and a natural wooden steamer. This is truly a premium dish that we invite you to try at least once. Of course, since we at Fukufuku are very particular about our offerings, we will also provide a pedigree certificate each time.
