Aji no Kakehashi Koryo

The popular specialty, tile soba, features fragrant, hot green tea soba grilled on a tile, layered with thinly sliced egg and sweet-savory meat, complemented by lemon and daikon for a refreshing finish. The freshly fried tempura, made with ingredients like burdock and edamame that highlight their natural flavors, can be enjoyed both in-house and as takeout. This clean establishment, with a glass-walled kitchen, has garnered strong local support.
