The minced meat, centered around black-haired Wagyu beef used in steak, uses three types of domestically grown onions sautéed separately, allowing you to enjoy exquisite texture and sweetness. A masterpiece with a perfect match of selected spices' flavor and beef umami.
This curry is characterized by the sweetness of black sugar and black sesame, the umami of black wagyu beef, and the flavor of spices. It is the three-way taste that makes it stand out. You can enjoy it with a large head-on prawn fry that can also be eaten as sashimi.
