The aroma of the bread is rich, with a light and crispy exterior and a moist, pleasant texture inside. When I topped sliced French bread with mayonnaise and egg, tuna and broccoli, bacon and spinach, and cream cheese, the combinations were perfect. The baguette and pain au noix also have a strong wheat flavor, providing a sense of satisfaction. For sweets, I particularly enjoyed the fruit tart, and the cheese tart and caramel nut tart were also well-balanced and delicious. The olive sandwich and almond florentine are easy to eat, making it hard to resist reaching for more. The staff were cheerful, making for a pleasant shopping experience.
