Made with Japanese beef and chicken. It is a hearty dish!
Under the supervision of the owner of the famous Kyoto restaurant 'Ikkakuju', this okonomiyaki is made using plenty of tsukune potatoes and a flavorful dashi broth. While it may look like a typical homemade okonomiyaki, we have made daily minor adjustments in the amount of batter, dashi preparation, ingredients, mixing method, and cooking technique to always serve it in the best possible state! Some regular customers even say, 'I feel like having La Porte's okonomiyaki again!'
