The Dolar Shop

The Dolar Shop Hot Pot Sydney offers a contemporary take on Chinese hot pot in a stylish, bar-like dining room. Each guest selects an individual broth from a wide range of options, then cooks well-presented meats, seafood, vegetables, and noodles at the table. Fresh ingredients, including wagyu beef, are a highlight, along with signature touches such as a crispy house pancake and complimentary fruits and soft ice cream.
