You can grill the tuna collar right in front of you and enjoy it fresh! Please savor the juicy collar with plenty of fat! It is highly recommended to eat it simply with salt, it's delicious!!

We have lavishly combined three types of Misaki tuna! The basics are sashimi of 'red meat, brain, and upper jaw', but since the brain and upper jaw are rare parts, they will be replaced with other parts as soon as they run out. If you want to compare tastes, you can enjoy it at a better price than ordering individually. Personally, I love the sashimi of the upper jaw!!!
