I already knew the food was delicious since I had come for lunch before, but my father, who turned 80, also said the pizza and pasta were delicious. The service, the food, the variety of drinks at the bar, and the cost performance are all good, and I use it during lunch. However, in the lunch set I ordered this time, there were petit fours, and they brought four types of baked sweets... Even though we wanted to share them between two people, they were not cut at all, and since there was no knife, we ended up having to break them apart with our hands. It's fine to bring them on one plate, but I thought it would have been easier to eat if at least they were cut into two pieces.

Again, we visited the restaurant with a reservation for lunch. When we entered the restaurant, the receptionist did not ask us whether we had a reservation or not, but only asked "how many people are coming? So we were seated without telling her the number of people coming to the restaurant. I wondered if there was any point in making a reservation, but since we were seated smoothly, I thought it was OK and was enjoying my meal when the restaurant called me and asked, "You haven't been to our restaurant yet, have you? I thought it was OK. When I told them that we were already seated and about the receptionist's response, they hung up the phone and said, "I'm sorry," but I thought they should have asked us at the reception desk whether we had a reservation or not. The food was delicious and the atmosphere was nice, so I thought it was a shame to be negatively affected by the customer service.

We had a reservation for a table, but we were shown to a family gathering, which was noisy and made it difficult to enjoy our meal in a relaxed atmosphere.
