I went to a soba restaurant in Atami! Lunch visit! A beautiful restaurant with a 20-30 minute line to get in! I ordered a handsome soup roll and Soba noodles with grated sudachi, which I always order when I go to Soba noodle restaurants. The owner of the restaurant prepares the dishes by herself, so you have to wait quite a while.... First, the dashimaki! Soft and fluffy with a very gentle taste! It was delicious, And then, there was the soba noodles with grated sudachi (Japanese horseradish with grated radish)! It also looks cool! It was worth the wait. It's worth the wait!

✔️ Shizuoka Atami ✔️ Soba Asada ------------------------------------------------------- Aromatic and exquisite soba noodles! Shizuoka Gourmet x Atami Lunch Let me continue to introduce some more gourmet restaurants in Shizuoka. This is Atami, famous for its hot springs. Not in the famous shopping district, but in the eastern part of the city. Then, I found a Japanese-style buckwheat noodle shop. We entered the restaurant immediately. Here is what I ordered. ◆Ten Sushi Noodle (¥1700) It was the first time for me to pay this price for soba. I've never paid this price for soba before, but the conclusion is that it is very delicious. First of all, it looks beautiful and shiny, and it comes in two colors. First, let's start with the soba. I think we had two kinds: rustic and nihachi. A little green onion and wasabi (Japanese horseradish) came with the set. The moment I held it with my chopsticks, I could smell the aroma. It is totally different from the Soba noodles I have eaten before. The tempura has a light and exquisitely crispy batter, and the inside is fluffy! The tempura sauce and grated daikon matched perfectly and was too good... Of course, seafood and pudding are the best when you are in Atami! But Soba is also good, don't you think? I'm sure I won't disappoint you 😎 ☺️ Thanks for the food! ------------------------------------------------------- ◆Genre: Soba ◆Eating log: 3.51 Budget per person: ☀️ Nearest station: 6 min walk from JR Atami station. interpoint (interword separation)

Last weekend I went on a trip to Atami with 4 friends 🚅. On the second day, we hung around Atami 🚶‍♀️🚶🏻‍♀️🚶🏽‍♀️🚶🏿‍♀️ We went to "Soba Asada" in front of the station for lunch. There was a huge line of people waiting for lunch! 😳 I ordered "Kurumidare Sero" from ‼︎ It was my first time to try soba noodles with walnut sauce, but it was really delicious ❓😂😂! This is one genre of Soba noodle ❓❓🤔 The sweet and savory taste of walnut goes well with the taste of Soba 🤤! By the way, the Soba itself is Niha Soba and it has a good knobby and firm texture! I'm sure you'll love it 💪💪💪💪. The yuba sashimi, which we ordered separately, was also excellent ✨✨. We stopped by with a light heart to have some light Soba since we had Yakiniku at night, but we were surprised at how tasty it was! The long queue was not a fluke 👍
