For those who just want to enjoy Torikokko's signature fried chicken!
The most beloved chicken in popular Korean cuisine. A sweet and spicy flavor that becomes addictive, made with a base of gochujang and a special seasoning from Torikokko. Adding honey mustard enhances the flavor even more.
The refreshing sauce with a tangy lemon flavor pairs perfectly with rice and alcohol.
Simple fried chicken made only with Himalayan pink rock salt. A hidden top popular menu item.
In Korean, 'side dishes' are called 'banchan'. At a Korean dining table, the basics include white rice or multigrain rice along with a main soup, and in addition to kimchi and namul, several types of side dishes such as stews, steamed dishes, stir-fried dishes, and grilled dishes are served in small plates.

Japchae is one of the traditional dishes of Korea, made by stir-frying thin, transparent sweet potato noodles with vegetables, meat, or seafood. It is characterized by its sweet and savory flavor and is popular as a side dish or for entertaining guests.
Keran Chim is a Korean steamed egg dish, similar to chawanmushi in Japan.
Hemul Pajeon is said to be eaten with makgeolli when it rains in Korea. The sound of the raindrops falling is said to resemble the sound of chijimi being cooked.
In Korea, it is said that when it rains, people eat makgeolli and chijimi. The sound of the rain falling resembles the sound of chijimi being cooked.
Sundubu Jjigae is a representative Korean hot pot dish, primarily made with soft tofu, and includes spicy soup with vegetables, seafood, or meat. It is often eaten during cold seasons or when craving a stimulating spiciness.
Bulgogi is one of the representative meat dishes of the Korean Peninsula. 'Bul' means 'fire' and 'gogi' means 'meat'. It is a dish that is grilled or boiled with vegetables and glass noodles. At Torikokko, we serve it in a stone pot that retains heat well and preserves the flavor of the ingredients, while maintaining the taste of 'Gyeongmi', the bulgogi restaurant run by my grandmother (Halmoni) for 60 years. Please enjoy the traditional taste of 'Gyeongmi'.
