An izakaya where you can enjoy domestic chicken yakitori and authentic motsunabe

Kushijiman Minami-Kyoto is an izakaya known for its yakitori made from carefully selected domestic chicken sourced from across the country. The yakitori, grilled quickly over charcoal, allows you to fully savor the rich flavor of the chicken, making it an unforgettable taste once you try it. Additionally, authentic motsunabe is also available, making it a recommended dish for the colder seasons. Enjoy a relaxing time in a smoking-friendly space designed for adults.

All the yakitori is delicious, and from the first bite, it brings happiness. The salt sauce on the raw cabbage served as an appetizer is addictive. The negima has a good balance of meat and green onions, and the grilling was just right. The white liver is fluffy and tender, and the white liver sashimi is creamy and leaves a lasting impression. The fried chicken has a gentle aroma of aonori (green seaweed), and the frying is exquisite. When paired with lemon sour or highball, the tsukune (chicken meatballs) and bonjiri (chicken tail) are even more enjoyable.
