Toriko

Yakitori is served with either salt or sauce, and in the case of salt, it is accompanied by a ponzu sauce infused with garlic. In addition to authentic skewers, there is a rich selection of seafood dishes including baked whelk and baked white clams, as well as seasonal sashimi platters. The particularly 'rich and creamy' flavor of the baked white clams is especially well-regarded.

The interior features a well-arranged mix of counter and table seating, with a calming wood grain decor that creates a warm atmosphere. The attentive and friendly service, characteristic of a family-run establishment, is pleasant, and the smiles of regular customers and light-hearted exchanges with the owner provide a sense of reassurance to first-time visitors. It is neither too quiet nor too lively, allowing guests to enjoy conversation and meals at a leisurely pace.

Since its establishment, it has been loved by local customers and is committed to providing beer that has received the SUPER COLD certification. The skewers are served in a hearty barbecue style with careful grilling, and the seafood showcases the chef's delicate craftsmanship. The refined taste and warmth as a 'hidden gem' of the local area have been passed down.
