This teppanyaki course meal offers a choice of finely marbling red meat from satsuma beef loin or deep-flavored red meat from japanese black beef. the texture melts in your mouth and the elegant, natural sweetness of the meat is addictively delicious. please use this restaurant for company entertainment or when you want to splurge a little.
We offer a choice of three types of Wagyu beef: our signature Satsuma beef loin, specially selected Kuroge Wagyu A5 fillet, and Kuroge Wagyu lean beef. You can choose from "lean black Wagyu beef that melts in your mouth", "specially selected A5 fillet of black Wagyu beef that has an elegant sweetness", and "Satsuma beef, the highest grade of Wagyu beef". You can choose from "Satsuma Beef", which is said to be the best Wagyu beef. The 8-course menu is our pride and joy, using a wide variety of ingredients directly shipped from the local area.
This 7-course menu allows you to enjoy a variety of our specialties for lunch. The lobster bisque served with bucket directly from Tachikawa, salad with Tokyo vegetables and special dressing. For the main course, we offer teppan-yaki black beef, which is of course available for lunch. You can also choose between loin and fillet of Satsuma beef as an option, so please feel free to ask for more information.
