Basokia 6 is a hidden teppanyaki restaurant in Naka-ku, Nagoya. It features a calm lighting and a modern atmosphere for adults, with counter seats where you can enjoy the live cooking experience right in front of you. The dishes are all exquisite, with highlights including a peach tomato caprese that allows you to savor the flavor of peaches, and a healthy enoki mushroom carbonara. The lively atmosphere inside the restaurant adds to the wonderful dining experience you can have here.

The interior of the restaurant is stylish, and you can see the cooking on the iron plate from the counter, which is exciting. The taco dough is soft, and the sauce is homemade, allowing you to experience authentic flavors. The shrimp and avocado tacos are filled with plenty of ingredients, and with each bite, the umami of the shrimp and the creaminess of the avocado spread out. The ring-shaped dish made with fluffy dough has melted cheese that brings a smile to your face with its deliciousness. The enoki mushroom carbonara appetizer combines healthiness and richness, making it hard to stop eating. You can order with your smartphone, so it's easy to add more, and we enjoyed a variety of iron plate dishes filling the table.
