The staff's response was very polite, and I was able to enjoy my time comfortably from the beginning. It is a spacious and calming environment, making it easy to have conversations. The vegetable-centered dishes were abundant, and the sauce for the bagna càuda was fragrant and beautifully colorful. The fried corn was crispy and light, providing a delightful first-time texture. The beef tendon stew made with demi-glace was rich and made me want to keep eating. I also enjoyed the wine, and I was satisfied with the peperoncino loaded with baby sardines and the kinako tiramisu.
