The main dish is shabu-shabu of "Sakura-dai", a taste of spring. It is an exquisite dish served in a special broth made from the best homemade soup stock. The chef also prepares by hand the "Kombu-shinjime pork shoulder steak," which is sealed with kelp for two days to lock in the umami, giving it a juicy texture and delicious flavor!
