A luxurious sushi experience full of seasonal flavors

Harushin Main Store is a hidden gem in Nagano City where you can enjoy sushi and teppanyaki made with carefully selected ingredients. The owner personally visits Tsukiji Market and markets across the country to incorporate seasonal flavors into the dishes, showcasing a commitment to quality ingredients. Two types of vinegars are used for the sushi rice: a secret red vinegar and a white vinegar without sugar, allowing you to savor the exquisite taste that enhances the ingredients.

In a calm space, it is pleasant to enjoy a meal slowly. The beautiful single slab of the counter makes me excited just by sitting down. The sushi has a strong aroma and elasticity of the ingredients, perfectly matching the rice in my mouth. The small, warm rice has an irresistible melting sensation, making it enjoyable to continue eating. The broth from the shellfish in the soup and the foie gras chawanmushi also paired well, leaving a strong impression. I think it is a wonderful restaurant where you can enjoy both sushi and teppanyaki, and the care for the ingredients is evident.
