Our famous black & white sesame noir experience! The craftsmanship and time that goes into making every detail of this cake is unparalleled. The cake is made with delicate layers of sesame mousse, sesame sponge, sesame paste, sesame cookie and Madagascar vanilla bean mousse. For those who flavour a classic vanilla cake! We received so many requests for a vanilla cake and we finally have the perfect one! Nothing beats an old classic strawberry shortcake. Made from strawberry puree imported from France, fresh strawberries, layers of delicate sponge and light vanilla Chantilly cream, this cake is so soft and creamy that it just melts in your mouth. Unlike traditional sugar packed vanilla cakes, this cake is packed with real strawberries and we promise, it isn't too sweet. The perfect amount of sweetness to start or end your day!
Inspired by the Canadian winter! Our white coco raspberry cake is filled with delicious layers that will make you swoon. For the "MANGO" lovers! The perfect fruit cake. This is our classic Mango Cloud Cake with a twist in the design. Instead of the classic yellow look, we sprayed the cake with a red velvet to contrast it from the floral white chocolate band. There is also an orange light cream and edible gold on the top to give the cake a little extra detail. Still yellow on the inside, the Mango Cloud features delicate layers of freshly made mango mousse and the season's best real mango cubes. Perfect holiday/celebratory cake!
You can never go wrong with a heart! This cake is designed for that special someone in your life, weather it' d be a friend, family member or your" one truly" . Even though the cake looks too good to eat, it is absolutely delightful inside. It's made with strawberry mousse, strawberry confit with fresh strawberries, greek yogurt mousse, biscuit and lemon sponge. This heart is available in multiple designs: pink velvet spray, red velvet spray, gradient peach & pink velvet spray, and gradient peach & pink with white choco band
Who ever thought a lemon tart could look this good! Not only does it look the part, it tastes even better. Made from an almond shell, the inside is coated with waffle crunch, milk chocolate, and orange lemon cream. The tart is then finished with fluffy meringue, hand pipped orange lemon cream and a tiny touch of thyme. If you are concerned about really sour lemons, trust us, we have experimented a ton to make sure our lemon tart is not too sour! It is the perfect harmony between creamy richness and lemon zest. Be picture perfect for your next special occasion!
