Wasabi pickles, a specialty of Izu. Recently, it hasn't been very noticeable. So, about ten years ago, we thought about how to incorporate this into pasta. From that idea was born our original pasta with the long name 'Wasabi Pickled Various Mushrooms... Fresh Pasta.' We believe that the perfect match for mountain wasabi is the gifts of the mountain, which are mushrooms. Based on five types: shimeji, maitake, eryngii, mushrooms, and truffles, we packed the pasta with eight types of mountain delicacies, including nameko and hiratake, sometimes reaching up to seven types plus wasabi. Of course, it pairs excellently with seafood as well. With a shrimp topping, it instantly transforms into a delicious blend of mountain and sea flavors. There is a hidden flavor that if you discover, you must be quite a cheese lover. We have also noticed some new shops starting recently.
Inside the homemade Bolognese, there is a hidden onsen egg. Please let us know if you would like it in a separate dish.
This despair is so delicious that it is a positively affirming despair! In fact, our peperoncino is unconventional. If you find out what is different, we will offer you a complimentary dish. Please let the staff know. The chef will come to inquire.

A pizza made with buffalo mozzarella, tomatoes, and basil sourced from Italy. The white of the mozzarella, the red of the tomatoes, and the green of the basil represent the colors of the Italian flag. Margherita is named after Queen Margherita of Italy, the wife of King Umberto I. In 1889, when Queen Margherita visited Naples, Italy, she was served this pizza and reportedly loved it. This is a pizza with a historic origin. In winter, it is made with homemade dried basil.
