Thick slices of tongue and "drinkable harami" were amazing. | Kitanimeshi.com Esaka had been a rural area from the Heian period (794-1192) to the postwar period (1945-1945). It was the 1970 Osaka World's Fair that led to the area becoming known as the "subcenter. As the Expo Park is located in Suita City, Suita City prospered greatly during the Expo, and Esaka also benefited from it. Now, more than 50 years later, the city has a long north-south downtown area, many schools nearby, and convenient transportation with the Midosuji Line and Kita-Osaka Nanboku Line intersecting, making it a vibrant city worthy of being called a "subcenter. Ajien, which we visited this time, is a famous yakiniku restaurant that has been loved in Esaka for a long time. I have not been able to find out when it opened, but if the Osaka Expo was the catalyst, I am deeply moved. ■Exterior Yakiniku Ajien" is located about a 5-minute walk from Esaka Station on the Midosuji Line, a famous yakiniku restaurant that has been loved by Esaka residents for many years. The name in hiragana and the faded posters give the restaurant a nice flavor. Also, there are plants that are overgrown. Interior In contrast to the retro exterior, the beautiful interior greeted me. On the second floor, where I visited, there are three tables and a light bar counter. I was thinking of having a yakiniku party on this floor. Tongue to end the thick-slicing-thin-slicing debate: 1,100 yen. Thick-sliced tongue vs. thin-sliced tongue is being debated as intensely as the humanities vs. science debate. My opinion is, "That's not what we should be discussing. I prefer the thick cut! Even those who say "I like thick slices" will be in agony when they eat thin slices of top-quality Wagyu beef, and vice versa. In other words, as long as it is good, it is good enough. Based on this premise, I would like to review Ajien's thick-sliced tongue. The five people in attendance were all saying, "This is amazing! The first thing that surprised me was the bold visual appearance of the thickly sliced tongue. It is about the size of the palm of your hand, not including your fingers. The pepper, or the side with the lower flavor, was grilled on the top. I carefully flipped it over so that the surface would not burn, and then served it. It was incredibly delicious. Crispy on the outside and tender on the inside. The best texture I've ever heard of, which is common and boring, amplifies the original flavor of the tongue. It is very good. If I were asked to give a ranking of the best tongue restaurants, I would put Ajien at least in the top three. Drinkable Harami? 880 yen I couldn't help but ask, "Oh, is this harami?" I asked without thinking. Because the visual of the tenderloin didn't make me think it was harami. If the texture were not so tender, I would have felt that I would have been sued for fraud. So what was the result? Oh, unlike tongue, halami should not be colossal. I have no evidence to support this, but there is a sense that you can enjoy the extra flavor if you cook it slowly on one side and then flip it over. The result was a tenderloin. There is a restaurant in Tokyo that offers a meat called "drinkable loin," but I think it is fair to say that Ajien's harami can be called "drinkable harami. But I think that would be an overstatement. Whatever the case may be, the tender texture of the halami was very tasty. Brilliantly glistening top loin ¥1,100 It is beautiful, isn't it? If you arrange them in a row, their brilliance increases even more. If there were more sashi than this, it would be too fatty. If it has less sashi than this, it is dry. The top loin with too much sashi and lean meat in perfect balance was the best. When you put it in your mouth, the fat spreads for a moment, just for a moment, followed by the deliciousness of the strong lean meat. It was the best. I ate a bowl of white rice without thinking. Tare Tongue ¥1,100 There were many other delicious meats. Here is a brief introduction. Top Mino (mino) ¥990 Beef tendon ponzu Beef tongue curry¥660 Price About 5,500 Hats off to you. This is such a tasty and enjoyable dish at such a reasonable price. And that's with alcohol. I can't say enough about it. I love it. What restaurants are nearby? Kappa Kajioka. Yamada] "Iyashinbo What stores are similar? Chikusa" [Chifune] "Chikusa Kougetsu" [Higashiyodogawa] "Kougetsu Yamada] "Iyashinbo Summary Osaka's home of yakiniku is Ikuno Ward and Minami Osaka, but recently I have been thinking that there are many hidden gems here in Esaka and other parts of Kita Osaka. I want to explore more and more. I am now looking forward to the future. All of this is possible thanks to Ajien. Everyone, make your reservations now!
