I used this restaurant for a work party. It was an all-you-can-drink course with seiro-mushi. When I turned on the gas stove, I was so excited! I thought it was just us! We thought it was just us, but we were horrified to find that the same thing happened at the other tables! The chicken was dry and cold when it came out.
