Upon entering the restaurant, the aroma of straw grilling wafts through the air, creating a sense of excitement. The thick bonito, when enjoyed with salt and condiments, highlights its umami, leaving me very satisfied. There are many dishes made with seasonal vegetables, and the quality of ingredients like water eggplant and corn was evident. The selection of sake is abundant, including brands from Shikoku, making it fun to choose. The meat sushi has a melting texture, and the charcoal-grilled Jiran chicken had a crunchy bite that was impressive. The staff's service was pleasant, and the drinks were served quickly, with the salted lemon sour being particularly delicious.
