This is a sushi tavern that is easy to stop by, located just a short walk from the station. The staff are friendly, and I appreciate their thoughtfulness, such as lending blankets. The tuna and shrimp are thick, and the flavor spreads with every bite. The rice has a slight reddish tint, and the color contrast with the toppings is beautiful. The tempura of sweetfish and eggplant is also light and crispy, making it hard to put down my chopsticks. I enjoyed alternating between the nigiri and tempura, and I found myself eating eagerly.
