The Shiraume Classic Garden, Kaiseki Shiraume

Located in a residential area, Hakubai has an attractive modern Japanese-style atmosphere. Japanese and Western kaiseki dishes are available, but this time I ordered kaiseki. The room is a detached Japanese-style room located in the back of the building, with attention to detail, including a spacious sunken kotatsu and a summer-facing glass plate tip from the edge of the room. The attentiveness of the staff in charge was also casual, and we were able to enjoy our meal in a comfortable space. As for the food, I don't remember all of it because so much was served, but it was healthy, tasty, and especially beautiful to look at. The prices were a little high, but the food, the atmosphere of the restaurant, and the customer service were all satisfactory.
