Various elements of this restaurant are of a high standard, and you can rest assured that you are in good hands. From the taste and variety of the food to the customer service, it is very stable and is a true champion. There is a wide variety of sake, and we were able to enjoy famous brands such as Amego no Tsuki (Hiroshima), Tobiroki (Fukushima), Hanayo (Saitama), and No. 6 X (Akita) by the cupful. We also tasted dishes such as wakatake-ni (stewed young bamboo shoots) and yubiki (puffer fish skin), but the most delicious dish was the grilled raw hokke, which was exquisite. The small draft beer we ordered at the end of the meal was perfect, with fine bubbles. The service was excellent, and I have no doubt that this restaurant will continue to be trusted. We will continue to place our trust in them and look forward to working with them again in the future.
