A proud dish of Mokryeon Garden, grilled with a generous amount of secret red pepper paste sauce on Mungyeong medicinal stone pork, cooked over the heat of charcoal. Served with various side dishes and a soybean paste stew made with homemade soybean paste.
A type of bibimbap from Mungyeong Saejae, mixed with various wild vegetables, gochujang (red chili paste), and sesame oil. A spoonful of bibimbap with a spoonful of doenjang jjigae (soybean paste stew) is very satisfying!
A full course meal featuring grilled deodeok, which is made by pounding fragrant domestic deodeok and marinating it in a secret sauce, served with more than 10 side dishes and soybean paste stew.
Pork belly from stone pigs raised on stones (geojungseok) that only grow in Mungyeong. Stone pigs have no odor and provide high-quality pork that is chewy yet tender.
