The Hitoshuku-cho area, where the Hitoshuku Taproom is located, as well as the area around Shizuoka Station, is a great town for drinking, with many unique restaurants and bars. We started this project with the hope that people can enjoy beer lightly and just right in such a town! That's why we started this project. I want to visit a variety of stores! But I also want to enjoy a lot of drinks at a reasonable price! This is the perfect place for everyone! Whether you are new to Shizuoka Brewing or Hitoyado Taproom, or not, everyone is welcome to join us. Soft drinks and sours are also available, so non-beer drinkers are also welcome. I want to try other snacks! I want to put on sweets too! I want to drink other beers! We can upgrade your order if you want.
Style: Dortmunder / ALC: 5.5% / IBU: 25 A lager with a higher alcohol content originating from Northern Germany. It has a clear color and a moderate malt flavor, making it a pleasant all-rounder. Designed with malt-derived richness and moderate bitterness for easy drinking.
Style: Schwarz / ALC: 5.0% / IBU: 27. A dark lager originating from the southern Bavarian region of Germany. Maintaining the unique drinking experience of Shizuoka Brewing, it is blended with a higher amount of dark malt to create a deep roasted flavor.
Style: German Pilsner with Yuzu Zest / ALC: 5.0% / IBU: 20. A popular product from Shizuoka Brewery, flavored with the peel of yuzu grown in Shizuoka. Additionally, white koji prepared by 'Kadoman Rice Shop' in Okabe Town is used for acidity. The bitterness is mild, making it refreshing and easy to drink.
It changes regularly. What you can drink is a surprise to enjoy when you come to the store!
