Located on a high floor of the hotel, the view of the Kanmon Straits outside the window is very beautiful. When I made a reservation and went there, I was able to relax in a quiet Japanese-style private room. The dishes were served in a well-balanced manner, from appetizers to sashimi, grilled dishes, and simmered dishes, all of which had a refined taste. The fluffy chawanmushi (steamed egg custard) and crispy tempura were also prepared with care, naturally bringing a smile to my face. They also offer a fugu (pufferfish) course, allowing you to fully enjoy sashimi, hot pot, and the final dish. The combination of the scenery and the food is pleasant, making it a wonderful place to enjoy a meal in a good mood.
