The dumplings here are amazing! I don't think the attention to detail is half bad. I don't think they specialize in gyoza? I don't think so, but the dumplings are really good! I went to this restaurant because I was told that it was a gyoza specialty restaurant. Of course, I ordered gyoza, but they wrap the ingredients after receiving the order! Moreover, the skin of the gyoza is handmade, and they stretch it when they put the ingredients...wow! I ordered two servings and finished them in no time! They are soooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooo good! It's so light, it's almost like vegetable dumplings. It's so light, it's almost like vegetable dumplings. Even without the sauce, the taste is still strong. It's a great balance! The only problem is that the dishes come out separately. It's as if they can't run the dishes at the same time. After I ordered dumplings, stir-fried vegetables came out at one point, and ramen noodles came out after I had two servings of dumplings. I had two servings of gyoza and the ramen came out after I had two servings of gyoza..., Three of us went there, and the time when the food was served was different by about 10 minutes. This is a pain. I think it is possible that there are two people (husband and wife) in the kitchen, but that is the restaurant's problem, not the customer's problem. Well, that's too bad. If you go there with more than one person, you might complain about the service (speed, you know). I thought this place should be improved because the taste is excellent!
