Der Blaue Bar

Set above Son Matias beach, The Blue Bar offers panoramic sea views and a cooling breeze in a relaxed, laid-back setting. The menu features fresh sushi and light international dishes, with well-regarded options for vegan diners such as a poke-style bowl. Attentive, welcoming staff and the unusual option of boat delivery contribute to a distinctive coastal dining experience.
