When I received the takeout-only bento, I was first excited by the weight of the box. Upon opening the lid, the large grains of 'Shinnosuke' rice and barley glistened, and with each bite, a gentle sweetness spread. The seaweed from the Seto Inland Sea covered the rice, and the delightful aroma wafted up, which was a joy. The soft-boiled egg, perfectly roasted chicken, and crunchy kinpira gobo were packed tightly, making my chopsticks move quickly. Dipping the fluffy fish fry into the special tartar sauce added creaminess, and I couldn't help but smile. Halfway through, I drizzled some dashi soy sauce, and in the end, I thoroughly mixed in the hidden seaweed and bonito flakes, feeling completely satisfied with every last bite.
