The grilled mutton is fragrant and tastes even better with the aroma of charcoal. The fresh lamb is tender, has little odor, and is juicy. The round-shaped cuts are easy to eat, and before you know it, you find yourself reaching for more with your chopsticks. There are many menu options like salad, sausage, offal, and cold noodles, making it enjoyable. The salted cold noodles were refreshing and to my liking. The polite greetings from the staff were pleasant, and I enjoyed the takeout lamb skewers at home as well.
